 How Points Work

  • $1 = 5–10 points (based on your tier)

  • Example:

    • Buy a $30 ticket → earn 150–300 points

    • Refer a friend who attends → earn 100 bonus points

RSVP to a free event → earn 25 points

What Can I Use Points On?

  • 300 points → $5 off any ticket

  • 750 points → Free drink or appetizer at a partnered venue

  • 1000 points → Free ticket to select weekday events

  • 1500 points → VIP upgrade

2000+ points → Bring-a-friend pass or $20 credit

Do points expire?

Points expire 12 months after they’re earned if unused.

Can I combine points with promo codes?

Yes! Stack your points with promo codes for extra savings.

How do I check my point balance?

Log into your account on the website or app to see your balance and available rewards.

Do all events earn points?

Most VibeApple events earn points. Partnered or third-party events may vary.

Can I transfer points to a friend?

Not at this time, but you can redeem points to gift them a ticket or add them as your +1.

I forgot to log in before I bought my ticket. Can I still get points?

Yes! Just email us your receipt within 7 days of the event to claim your points.
